Where do I find information regarding your sizing?    

The last image on every product page is the relevant measurement chart - shown in both cm and inches.

I usually run a tall in clothing, is it possible to request an alternative length?

As an online brand we are unable to offer this service because without you trying on garments beforehand we cannot guarantee the alteration in size would be correct.

 If I like a garment style, can I have it in an alternative fabric?           

Yes, if you are interested in a particular garment but would like it in an alternative fabric, then please contact us for ore information.

I'd like to know what the fabric feels like before I place my order?      

We want you to be happy with your order, therefore we offer a free swatch service. Let us know via email the garments you are interested in and we will send you out a sample.

How long does it take for items to be shipped?                                

All our garments are made to order, we are currently working to a 4 week schedule between order and dispatch. 

If I require my items more urgently will that be possible?                    

We will always try to help if we can, so please email studio@pajotten.com before placing your order - just let us know when you will need the items and which items you are planning to order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to say whether that will be possible.

How much is Shipping?                                                                                 

All shipping within the UK is free of charge. We do not ship outside the UK simply because as a sustainable brand that doesn't seem responsible.

Do you have a shop I can visit?                                          

We do not have a shop at present, although we do pop-up events across the year. If you would like to hear about these events please sign up to our mailing list.

What makes you an ethical brand?                                          

Sustainability is central to what we do at Pajotten, all fabric is sourced from UK suppliers and we also use end-of-rolls. Each garment is made to order to ensure nothing is produced unnecessarily. All our fabric scraps and paper are recycled none of our fabric and buttons are man-made - for more info on our sustainable practice please read our blog post on sustainability
