Chore trousers in recycled denim
The trousers were inspired by a pair seen in a historical workwear book, we were interested in designing a trouser that could fit a range of sizes, thus being more sustainable. They have a side button detail that allows them to move 3 sizes. They follow our philosophy for quiet clothing, with utility detailing.
The cloth was sourced from an artisan weaver working out of as tiny unit in Paris, he only produces 2000 metres at a time, we managed to get 50 metres. it is 12oz recycled denim/linen mix with a plain white, hand tied selvedge. It has been pre-washed so shrinkage is minimal, and ages well with wear.
