Waistcoat UK woven cotton canvas - Rust

Waistcoats have been an essential chore-wear item for hundreds of years, our version has its roots in British workwear from the 1800's, it is cut generously, and can be worn throughout the year, it has two deep, reinforced front pockets and a further internal chest pocket. Seams are constructed to last and the facings are bound to create internal detailing.

The cloth used for this waistcoat is a very soft, brushed cotton canvas sourced from a  family mill in Leicestershire. The buttons were made and dyed especially for us in Wiltshire, they are made from the Corozo nut, which is grown in the rain forests of Ecuador, in fact it is the cropping of the nut that has protected the rainforest from being destroyed, and given an income to the local population.

Fit information:  Our model is 6.3  and wearing a medium. This waistcoat is made to order, we are currently working to a three to four week schedule between purchase and dispatch.

Please note we can make this style in a range of fabrics, please contact us for a free swatch pack.

You retain the right to return the item if not completely satisfied.
